Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you love your merchandise! However, if you are not happy we can issue a refund via store credit.  Please note Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE

ALL SALE ITEMS AND THRIFTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and tags attached. If there are any stains, make up or wear we will not be able to process the return. We will also not process any returns that do not have ALL tags originally attached.

We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment. We would be thrilled to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through. Just send us an email at Urbanlunaboutique@gmail.com

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

-All jewelry/hair accessories, custom orders, any healing crystal items and intimates (Bralettes, Undergarments) are non-returnable.

-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

-If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included we will email you. If you would like the items sent back to you, let us know and we will ship back with an $8 shipping fee.

-Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

-Store Credit does not expire.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered.
